Lee Bolling

President

Lee led the development of the Kincaid Singletrack Trails in 2011 and 2013. He also led the creation of the one-way trails at Hillside in 2018, with Cody Gauer. And most recently, led the Hemlock Burn Trail project in 2020/2021. Lee is super stoked on making trails fun for everyone. He also wrote a cool book about the timeline of the universe called “Welcome to Earth Fellow Human.”

Janice Tower

Founder/Secretary

Janice had the vision to create Singletrack Advocates in 2004. She led the building of Brown Bear Trail in 2004 and the original Hillside Trails in 2008. She is the Queen Bee of our awesome organization!

Darcy Davis

Treasurer

Darcy loves mountain biking and the adventures it brings. As a STA board member for over a decade, Darcy has been a volunteer coordinator and crew leader on numerous STA projects here in Anchorage.

Vice President/Kincaid Trail Boss

Grande is always ready to help on the trails, whether it’s spreading the STA mission or leading volunteer crews.

Mike Morganson

Board Member

Mike is one of the original board members of STA, and has acted as treasurer and crew leader on many projects.

Board Member

Greg has been on the board for over a decade and has been a crew leader on every STA project. He had the vision to build the Gravity Trail at Kincaid park, and led the construction of it with Ryan Greeff. He’s the owner of Speedway Cycles and loves to rip.

Kincaid Trail Boss

Ryan is a true jack of all trades. Whether it’s running machines, chainsaws, or trail crews, Ryan can do it all. He was a major force behind the building of the Kincaid Trails in 2011 and 2013, as well as the 2018 Hillside Trails.

Cody Gauer

Hillside Trail Manager

Cody led the development of the one-way trails at Hillside in 2018, with Lee Bolling. He is now the Trail Manager for Hillside, and is always looking for ways to optimize the trails for more fun. Plus, he totally loves to shred!

Adam Robinson

Hillside Trail Boss

Adam was the major force behind the building of the Dig Deep trail at Hillside, which was completed all by hand. He probably has spent more hours than anyone on this fantastic rugged masterpiece! Adam is the Hillside Trail Boss and loves keeping the trails in tip-top shape.

“Nature is where I find peace and can reset. It’s where I enjoy playing and working. STA gives me outlets to bring others similar enjoyment.”

Andy Petroni

Kincaid Trail Manager

Andy is the Kincaid Trail Manager and led the development of the Kincaid Revamp Project in 2020, which rebuilt many of the one-way trails in that network. He has a good eye for detail, and crushes any job that comes up.

Hillside Trail Boss

Martin led the construction of all the wood features on the Dig Deep trail at Hillside in 2018. He’s always ready to build new trails and maintain them. Martin is spearheading the development of future trails to add to our network.
